The rules of the night

This page is a plain-English summary. The full terms and conduct rules apply to every booking, and they prevail if anything here differs.

The boundary

Luxx books performances and time with verified adult performers. We don't arrange sex services, and performers set and may withdraw their boundaries at any time.

Every service has a written description of what it includes, and the customer confirms it before booking. Requests beyond the booked service are not part of the booking and are not arranged through Luxx.

Rules for customers

Everyone present must be 18 or over. The performer sets and controls what happens within the booked service, and may change their mind at any time. Respect personal space: don't touch a performer without their consent, and stop the moment they ask.

No photos, video or audio recording of a performer without their clear permission. Keep payments in the app or in cash as booked, and pay the balance owed on the night. Arrange extensions through the app, never as a side-deal.

Rules for performers

Provide the service as booked and described, at the times you accepted. Check in by GPS when you arrive, keep all contact with clients inside the app, and never arrange extra time or payments outside it. If you can't make a job, withdraw from the app as early as you can so the client can rebook.

Licensed venues

Licensed venues, such as pubs, clubs, function rooms and charter boats, need the right approvals for topless, nude and stage shows; private homes and private hire don't. Customers are responsible for booking those services only where the venue holds the approvals it needs.

When rules are broken

Harassment or coercion ends the booking. A performer who feels unsafe can leave, and can raise an SOS or report the customer. Customers and performers who break these rules can be blocked, suspended or banned, and a ban cancels any future bookings. Where the law is broken, we may refer the matter to police.

Report a problem

Customers can report a performer, or block them, from the booking. Performers can report or block a customer from their job screen. Reports reach the Luxx team, and safety reports are reviewed first.
