What you see is real
Every performer is verified by a person, every photo is approved filter-free, and every job runs with GPS check-in and an SOS button.
Verification and safety
How the checks work
Verified by a person
Each performer's account manager meets them by video call or in person and sights government photo ID, confirming they are 18 or over and the person in the profile. Verification is renewed periodically. Luxx records that ID was sighted and its type; we don't keep a copy of the ID or a legal name.
Filter-free photos
Every photo is reviewed and approved filter-free by the Luxx team before it appears on a profile. Uploads stay hidden until they're approved, so the person in the photos is the person who arrives.
Written rules, agreed first
Every service has a written list of what it includes and what it doesn't, and you confirm it before you pay. Luxx books performances and time with verified adult performers. We don't arrange sex services, and performers set and may withdraw their boundaries at any time. Harassment or coercion ends the booking and can lead to a ban.
Check-in and SOS
Performers check in by GPS when they arrive, which starts the booked time. Every job screen carries an SOS button that alerts the Luxx team and their account manager with their location, beside a direct call to emergency services. If a performer is still at a job after the booked finish, the app checks in with them.
Private by design
Messages stay in the app, with phone numbers, emails and links removed automatically. A customer's mobile is never shared with performers, and a performer's home address is never shown to customers. Both sides can report or block the other, performers can block a phone number outright, and declining a job never carries a penalty.

Verified in person. Every photo filter-free.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Do you check performers' ages?
Yes. Every performer's government photo ID is sighted by their account manager, by video call or in person, to confirm they are 18 or over before their profile goes live.
Will the performer be the person in the photos?
The account manager confirms the performer is the person in the profile when sighting their ID, and every photo is approved filter-free before it appears on a profile.
Does Luxx keep a copy of performers' ID?
No. We record that ID was sighted and its type, not a copy of the ID or a legal name.
What happens if a guest crosses the line?
Harassment or coercion ends the booking and can lead to a ban. Performers can report the customer and block them from future bookings.
What if something goes wrong on the night?
Use Get help in your booking to reach the Luxx team. Performers have an SOS button that alerts the team and their account manager with their location. In an emergency, call emergency services first.
