Questions, answered

Booking, payment, safety, venues and privacy, each answered in a line or two.

Already booked?

Questions about a live booking are fastest in the app. Open your booking and tap Get help, and the Luxx team sees the booking alongside your message.

How do I book?

Choose your services, set the date, time and address, and build the night's timeline. Then select as many verified performers as you like and place a card hold. The first to accept are booked.

Where does Luxx operate?

Anywhere in Australia, from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Performers travel from their own base.

Can I book at short notice?

Yes. Some performers switch on Available now for last-minute work. For a big group or a fixed date, booking earlier gives you more choice.

What is the minimum booking?

3 hours in total, counted across every service in the booking.

Can the dress level change during the night?

Yes. Build the timeline in parts, for example lingerie first and topless later. Each part is priced at its own rate.

When is my card charged?

When every place is filled. Until then the booking fee is only a hold. If nobody accepts, nothing is charged; if only some places fill by the start, you pay for those performers only.

How much is the booking fee?

25% of each performer's hourly rate, capped at $50 per performer-hour. It's the only part of the price paid through Luxx.

How do I pay the rest?

In cash, directly to each performer, on the night. Your booking shows what's owed to each one, including any extension and travel fee.

What happens if I cancel?

Before your booking is confirmed, the hold is released in full. Once every place is filled, the booking fee isn't refunded; performers are told not to travel and no balance is owed. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.

Is there a travel fee?

Only beyond 30 km from the performer's base, at the published bands. It's shown on each performer's card before you choose, and it goes to them in full.

How are performers verified?

Their account manager meets them by video call or in person and sights government photo ID, confirming they're 18 or over and the person in the profile. Every photo is approved filter-free.

Does Luxx arrange sex services?

No. Luxx books performances and time with verified adult performers. We don't arrange sex services, and performers set and may withdraw their boundaries at any time.

What are the rules for guests?

Everyone present must be 18 or over. No touching, no photos or video without permission, and no means no the first time. Harassment or coercion ends the booking and can lead to a ban.

Can I book at a pub, club or on a boat?

Yes, where the venue has the right approvals. Licensed venues need them for topless, nude and stage shows; private homes and private hire don't. Check with the venue or charter operator first.

Will performers see my phone number?

No. Performers who accept see your first name only. Your mobile is kept for safety, and messages stay inside the app.

How will you contact me?

Everything happens in the app. We only ever text or email a verification code or a short note to check your dashboard, sent discreetly as Platinum Digital, with no booking details.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Yes, before your first booking: your mobile by SMS code, then a quick photo ID and selfie check with our verification partner. It takes about a minute, and Luxx never stores your ID images.

What if a performer cancels?

Your offer goes straight back to the other performers you picked who are still free. If none are, or the night is close, we ask you to choose again. You're never charged for a place nobody fills.

Can I ask for my data to be deleted?

Yes, through the contact page. We'll confirm what we hold and what we must keep for legal or tax reasons, then delete the rest.

How do I become a performer on Luxx?

Sign up at jobs.luxxbookings.com, choose a plan and link your account manager, or ask to be allocated one. Your manager verifies you before your profile goes live.

Do performers have to accept every job?

No. Performers can decline any offer, for any reason, with no penalty.
